Welcome to your new home! This small apartment features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen, as well as a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a small entryway. When the weather is nice, feel free to use the patio, which has a bench, table, and chairs. Barbecuing is expressly permitted. The house is new, so the apartment is also modernly furnished. In addition to high-speed Wi-Fi, there’s digital TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and underfloor heating for cold days. On the patio, you can relax or sunbathe and unwind by the heated pool (open from June through about mid-September, depending on the weather).
If you’re arriving in an electric car, you can charge your vehicle at any time. You’ll be charged for electricity at cost: 0.30 EUR/kWh. We’re currently planning to build a carport so you can park your vehicle there.

Thanks to underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and digital TV, you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay no matter the season. On nice days, the private terrace—complete with a table, chairs, and a bench—invites you to relax. Start your day with breakfast in the morning sun or wind down the evening with a cozy barbecue. Barbecuing is expressly permitted. From the terrace, you have direct access to the heated pool, which provides the perfect way to cool off on warm days. The pool measures approximately 5 x 3 meters and is 1.50 meters deep. Please note that children should be able to swim safely and must not be left unattended. Active guests are also well catered for: bicycles can be stored safely in the garage. A wallbox with up to 11 kW charging capacity is available for electric vehicles. Billing is based on usage at 0.30 EUR per kWh. Alternatively, you can use your own charging card; in which case the cost depends on the respective provider. Our vacation rental is the ideal starting point for discovering the most beautiful aspects of the Chiemgau region. Lake Chiemsee, with its famous islands and Herrenchiemsee Castle, is just as easily accessible as the Hochfelln Cable Car with its impressive Alpine panorama. Popular destinations such as Ruhpolding, Inzell, Reit im Winkl, Berchtesgaden with Lake Königssee, and the historic old town of Salzburg are just a short drive away. Numerous hiking and biking trails start practically right outside the front door, making the region a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Please note that a local tourist tax of 1.10 EUR per night is charged for guests aged 15 and older, and 0.55 EUR per night for children aged 6 to 14. We, the Schubert family, moved to Siegsdorf in 2018. Dad, Tino Schubert, is originally from Cottbus in Brandenburg, and Mom, Loveline Schubert, is from Cameroon. We met there in 1999 and had a traditional wedding in 2006. Tino is a business consultant and financial planner, and Loveline is a nurse specializing in intensive care.
