Enjoy your vacation in an idyllic rural setting at our romantic, private vacation home on our well-maintained, traditional farm: spacious, romantic gardens with a large pool, a lawn for sunbathing, and an outdoor seating area. Pleasant hiking trails—for example, to Ruhpolding or Maria Eck Abbey—start right from our farm. Plenty of space for children to play. Experience what a typical day is like for our cattle!
Our private vacation home is especially well-suited for families with children. It features a large, comfortably furnished living room with a corner bench, armchairs, and a couch. There’s a sunny, newly designed south-facing balcony made of larch wood with room for everyone and a magnificent view of the Ruhpolding mountains.
We offer our guests 1 private vacation cottage and vacation apartments. All of our vacation rentals are lovingly furnished and cozy. Our sauna is available to our guests for private use at no extra charge. Large parking lot. Bus stop in our hamlet.
With the Chiemgau Card, our guests enjoy free rides on the Hochfelln and Unternberg cable cars, admission to the indoor wave pool, many museums, and other attractions, as well as free travel by bus and train.

We loved this place and hope to return one day! We spent 10 nights as a family of 4 in this beautiful location surrounded by mountains. The Apartment was clean and tidy and everything you need is provided. Homeowners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and the local extra card provides good value and free entry to local activities and free parking and transport. Would highly recommend this property.

This was my families first visit to Bavaria and we loved it. We drove from the UK with an overnight stay in Cologne to break up the drive. We arrived at our apartment, early evening and were warmly greeted by the family. The apartment was surprisingly very roomy and had everything we needed for our stay. Its only a 5 min drive into Ruhpolding where we made full use of the free xtra card. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here for their visit to Bavaria
