1. The route to parking of motorbikes are underground n kind of risky 2. The room size is smaller than the picture 3. They should have a water filter machine for refill as much cheaper option so that they don't calculate too much on providing extra water bottles

We love everything about our stay at the Mist Boutique hotel. Room is spacious and spotty clean, beds are comfortable, view is beautiful even in a heavy rain. The buffet breakfast, the afternoon tea, the turn down service are all extras that made our stays even more pleasant and enjoyable. Staffs are always friendly and supportive, especially we travelled with small baby, they went extra miles to make sure we are well taken care of.

Was just there for one night, but fantastic place. Friendly staff, nice complementary afternoon tea, and great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a fantastic location and great views. The staff are incredibly kind and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are lovely, well maintained, and everything is in good condition. The reception team were particularly helpful in arranging transport for us from our original location to our next destination, which we really appreciated.

The one thing that left a sour taste was that an expensive makeup item went missing during my stay. It’s a product I use every day, so I’m very aware of last using it in the hotel room. I thoroughly searched all of my belongings multiple times, checked every bag, and searched the entire room, but I couldn’t find it despite being 100% certain I had left it there. I contacted reception at around 9:00 a.m., and they responded promptly, assuring me they would thoroughly search the room and investigate, which was initially reassuring. Unfortunately, when I returned at 4:45 p.m., the room had still not been cleaned, and no search appeared to have been carried out. When housekeeping eventually came to the room, they cleaned it but did not thoroughly search for the missing item as reception had said they would. Had this not happened, I would have happily given this hotel a 10/10 because it really is a fabulous place with really kind staff. Unfortunately, the fact that this happened at all, combined with the way it was handled, left me disappointed. As a result, I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here again, as I would worry about something similar happening in the future. I appreciate that this was only a makeup item, but if situations like this aren’t taken seriously and investigated properly, they could potentially involve something far more valuable or important.
