The room was clean, neat and tidy. The cleaning lady made up for the reception staff by being very friendly, welcoming and understanding. There is a lift which makes going up and down somewhat easy. A lovely outdoor area on 4th floor where one can sit and observe the local surrounds. A few eating places around the hotel. Hotel not too far from Go shopping Mall, night market and city centre.
Lack of personality by reception staff. Straight faced. Stern. No smile.
