Great Location
All the Staff were so friendly and very helpful with advice on where to go, how to get there.
Helped us with the Grab Ap.
Very comfortable beds ( hard mattresses which we love)
Very clean. Great shower.
Down a quiet side street.
We had a balcony so was nice looking onto the street.
Only a 5 minute walk to train street and lots of eating places and Puku bar was great for a cold beer and watching sport. ( Beer buckets were great value in the 5-8 pm happy hour.)
We would definitely stay at the Calista next time we are in Hanoi just for the fact the staff were so great.
There was nothing not to like
