Cleanliness and basic comfort were appalling !

I like the view of the church bell tower with the chiming clock right above our Velux window in our bedroom.

1) The fridge smelled / the freezer was flooded / the temperature in the fridge was 20°ell in the C. 2) The floor was not clean / dust under the furniture, beds, even on the feet of some chairs and hair on steps of the stairs. 3) (worse!) a bundle of long blond hair (definitely not ours) in our bed ! 4) the pillows looked dirty, we had to use our shower towels to cover them before we slept. 5) The bedding sheets were put inside out, no big deal, I just hope they were clean. 6) bedroom door could not shut (broken and not fixed). 7) Could not open the Velux window in one of the bedrooms. We contacted the concierge who did not respond so we had to sleep in a hot bedroom with no fresh air and no fan in the whole flat. 8) We had to go and plug ourselves every single table lamp in the lounge and bedroom before you could have some light only to discover under the furniture filthy used disposable slipper covered with dust and hair. 9) Absence of proper lighting in the lounge, bathroom, kitchen : burnt-out light bulb were not replaced. In the kitchen only 1 bulb lighted out of 4. 10) The toilet faucet was leaking. If you close the toilet tap, there is no water in the tank to flush, if you leave the tap opened, you have to bear this annoying sound of dripping water drops. We had to opt for the latter. 11) There was a horrible smell. It smelled like sewage. It wasn't constant but we had 4 waves of that sewer odour. 12) We couldn’t get in touch with the concierge. I sent 20 text messages. She has ignored 19 messages (not even opened them). I am sure to have the correct number because she replied to the 1st message saying she was in a meeting, and asked me to send her messages.

Great location. A few things really let it down

The location. Comfortable mattresses.

Communication was awful. Contacted through Booking.com a few times before the stay to enquire about late check out but no reply, simply repeated standard text messages about the accommodation and upselling food and drink packages. Very frustrating. The accommodation itself was mostly okay but let down by no curtains or shutters in the living room which has the two single beds in, no shower curtain or screen and the front door to the street is broken and doesn't lock so anybody could walk in. One of the bedroom doors won't close properly and had to have our bag propped against it to stop it banging in the wind at night. Was okay for one night but wouldn't stay again.

Exceptional location and comfortable stay.

Location was exceptional

No kettle, drains very smelly. Hot water ran out after one bath, single bed broken, many lights not working. No shower curtain or hook. Towel rail would be good

Friendly and helpful personal/owner, super apartment, great city. Worth to do holidays here.

It’s a great apartment, clean and a great view outside, the beds are comfortable, the city is near, also you have free parkings near the apartment. Bars and cafes are not far away.

Everything was good.

Bonne emplacement
