The lack of bathing facilities was the big issue for us - the property managers did not respond to our request for a sho

The location is good within walking distance of places we wanted to visit The roof terrace is a rare asset to have in this city location

No working shower in the bathroom - neither of us are able to use a bath because of back and knee injuries and so could not bathe adequately!!! Bathroom sink partially blocked Toilet seat not fitted properly- nearly disconnected each time it was used Lights in bathroom too dim - mirror light not working - difficult to shave No ceiling fitted in main bedroom No proper kitchen - no cabinets or drawers No bread knife provided - one broken knife Many electric sockets not working Cooking hob not working - although temporary 2 ring hot plates provided Sofa in lounge area very uncomfortable No large glasses provided Apartment main living area was multi level and difficult for anyone with mobility difficulties including narrow spinal staircase to access roof terrace

Good location and working jacuzzi, but disappointing accommodation quality and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements.

The location was convenient and the apartment was relatively clean on arrival. The jacuzzi was functioning and was a nice addition during the stay.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the apartment did not match the expectations created by the listing. The beds and sofa beds were unstable and uncomfortable to the point that we had to sleep on the floor during our stay, which also caused us to leave earlier than planned. In addition, there were several maintenance issues such as damaged flooring and visible wear throughout the apartment. When reporting the issues, communication was difficult and we were redirected to a concierge service via WhatsApp numbers based in Madagascar, without a real solution being provided during the stay.

Un TAUDIS lamentable à fuir !!!

Il n’y a que l’emplacement. Le reste est une ruine non entretenue. Un taudis lamentable. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. C’est une horreur

La liste est longue ! Le propriétaire n’assume pas l’état lamentable du logement. Vous pouvez voir ses réponses aux autres commentaires. C’est jamais sa faute. C’est le locataire qui est trop con. Le personnel : une gestion de plusieurs biens via des gens au Madagascar sous-payés et qui n’ont pas le temps pour vous. Une femme de ménage désabusée qui semble nettoyer comme elle peut avec le temps imparti. Le logement est donc crade. Le SPA : il est plein de sable et saturé en chlore, car la femme de ménage ajoute un cachet à chaque prestation. Aucun entretien ni gestion de Ph. A fuir si vous ne voulez pas avoir un malaise avec les vapeurs de chlore et être physiquement agressé. La terrasse : dans un coin il y a un vieux SPA abandonné qui git. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos. Le bois est pourri, la peinture en lambeaux et les décos abandonnées. La vis à vis permet à tout le voisinage de vous regarder. Les chambres : celle du bas est sous le SPA, dont la terrasse n’est pas hermétique. Le plafond est rempli de flotte et de moisissure. Celles du haut, il y a un lit double dont il manque des barres pour stabiliser le lit et il est mort. Il fait un bruit d’enfer et bouge à chaque mouvement. Sauf si vous êtes une momie immobile, vous souffrirez du manque de sommeil et finirez par mettre le matelas au sol. Le clic clac défoncé à côté est du même acabit ; pas moyen de s’y allonger sans qu’il craque de partout. Le lino posé par dessus l’ancien est déchiré de partout. Avoir un store sur une fenêtre c’est déjà pas terrible mais tien sur la porte … baa ça ne sert à rien. La salle de bain : les plastiques de robinets sont tous arrachés et le débit est ridicule. Il n’y a pas de VMC, donc c’est humide. De plus il y a les machines à laver/ sèche linge qui y sont. mises en route avant notre arrivée avec le linge des précédents et ont tourné avec du vacarme pendant 5h. Les toilettes : crades Les encadrements de portes pleins de traces de doigt de tous les précédents locataires. A fuir...

Teleurstellend

Ligging was goed.

Internet werkte niet, conciërge kon niet helpen. Heb het uiteindelijk zelf opgelost. Tottub was onvoldoende gevuld, zelf met emmers op en af de trap deze gevuld. Filter bleek nadien ook nog vertstropt, deze filter zelf vervangen. Bed boven daar zak je gewoon door, lavabo staat los. Kookvuur werkt maar op 1 stand namelijk de hoogste en je moet de stekker altijd insteken en uittrekken na gebruik. Trap naar kinderkamer is levensgevaarlijk! 3 treden zakken gevaarlijk door!

A deux pas des remparts, du centre piéton, de la place Dalton. A 15 min à pieds de Nausicca et de la plage. Le prix : 120€ pour deux nuits 6 personnes en plein week-end de l’ascension (soit 10€/pers/nuit). Le calme, l’espace à vivre, la terrasse sans vis à vis ensoleillée du matin au soir.

La propriété de l’eau du jacuzzi. Le lit. Les équipements qui fonctionnent moyennement.
