nice room, responsive staff. you don’t actually see anyone in person and the way to get in can be a little confusing through a link that opens 3 doors but it’s all good once you get the hang of it and a good location for price

An amazing place to stay if you are visiting Milan for a short break. 11 stops on the tube directly from the airport to the hotel. The Tube stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel location! 15 minute walk to the centre where the cathedral is, and 15 minutes to Navalgi where the night life is. Absolutely perfect. Clean and spacious. Take your own iron though!

I booked this place for my parents. What a neat property! They stayed in the Green Room. It is like a micro hotel - you open the main door to the property and there are several "properties" within. The Green Room had a modern decor, nice bathroom, and a calm vibe overall. It was very quiet!
I noticed that the hallway has luggage lockers and you can use thode after check out - a super thoughtful feature!
You open everything with a code that you access via link you will receive.
I also appreciated good communication and instructions throughout!

The property is very well located for the key tourist sites in Milan, very close to a metro station. It’s very quiet in the property, very clean and new. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary items. We hadn’t expected that it would be cleaned daily, with the used items restocked too! We had a bit of an issue with the instructions for checking in arriving only the previous day. It would help nervous travellers if the info could be sent out earlier. The phone based entry worked every time, but takes a bit of getting used to.
