It was a decent sized room. Was very easy to check in and out of as the instructions were sent via message. It felt secure. Good location as it was a short walk to duomo and had some good food/drink places very close.
There were 4 flights of stairs to the room without an elevator. The window out of the shower was not frosted so we could see out the window to other rooms while showering (assuming they could see us also). 10-15 minute walk to the closest station (which we only need to use when arriving/leaving Milan due to the good location).

amazing location-10 minute walk from the centre of Milan. Felt clean, good shower and wardrobe space, large bed also.
Could have been more than one towel each and possibly a simpler locking system.

Location is great for the city
The pictures make the room looks bigger and in better condition. The system to get into the room is needlessly over the top - just use an actual key system with a lockbox instead or 2 locks on the main door before reaching the front door of the room .
