Apartamento sucio, ruidoso y con numerosos desperfectos

No entiendo cómo no se han mencionado ya todos los inconvenientes de este alojamiento en los comentarios. Sinceramente, me dejé llevar por las buenas opiniones y, después de mi experiencia, considero que no reflejan en absoluto el estado real del apartamento.
Para empezar, el alojamiento exige una fianza de 200 €. Entiendo perfectamente que puedan solicitarla, pero, a cambio, esperaba encontrarme al menos con un apartamento en unas condiciones mínimamente decentes.
La realidad es que el apartamento deja muchísimo que desear. La limpieza es claramente insuficiente: paredes sucias, toallas con manchas, almohadas y colchas que no parecen estar correctamente limpias y suciedad general por diferentes zonas del alojamiento. Lo más llamativo es que, entre las condiciones para recuperar la fianza, se especifica que las toallas no pueden tener restos de maquillaje ni manchas, cuando son ellos mismos quienes las entregan ya manchadas.
Además, encontramos numerosos desperfectos, como cajones rotos y hasta el pomo de uno de los baños roto. La propia fregona que proporcionan estaba en unas condiciones lamentables, completamente negra, lo que da una idea del nivel de limpieza del alojamiento.
Otro aspecto que me parece importante mencionar es el ruido. El aislamiento acústico es prácticamente inexistente y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que ocurre en la calle. Uno de los dormitorios, además, da directamente a un callejón, hasta el punto de que se escuchaba perfectamente a la gente haciendo sus necesidades. Es imposible descansar con normalidad en esas condiciones.
También hay que tener en cuenta que los dormitorios no disponen de aire acondicionado. No lo recomendaría en absoluto. Mi consejo es que no os dejéis llevar únicamente por las buenas valoraciones y que tengáis muy en cuenta estos aspectos antes de reservar. En mi caso, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante y no volvería.

Horrible , con el piso fue regular pero con los propietarios a sido una pesadilla, jamas nos pasó algo así , queríamos q
Solamente la ubicación, muchas escaleras para subir con maletas,
Las escaleras para subir al primer piso son agotadoras, Muchas cucarachas , no tenían muchos utensilios de cocina , falta de perchas , toallas inadecuadas , en la puerta del piso olía mal al salir un día nos encontramos una caca grande en una esquina y nos quedamos perplejos , evidentemente no fueron los dueños pero si fue alguien que lo hizo por sircustancias
