El apartamento es muy espacioso. Habitaciones grandes, muy buenas vistas, bien equipado, con ventiladores en todas las habitaciones y aire en el salon. Limpio y ordenado, luminoso. Con bastantes utensilios de cocina. La cocina muy amplia y luminosa. En general me gusto muchisimo el apartamento.
Llegamos un sabado a finales de Junio y el bar de abajo por la noche estuvo de conciernto, no recuerdo bien la hora, creo que hasta las 00:00. Hasta esa hora fue imposible dormir. Viajaba con niños y estabamos cansados, quisimos irnos a dormir pronto pero la musica se oia mucho. Por otro lado me costaba mucho abrir la puerta del portal, había un problema con la cerradura y a veces tenía que intentarlo durante 5 minutos. Era frustrante. Se que no era problema del apartamento en sí si no de la comunidad de vecinos pues repito era la puerta del portal no del apartamento.

Geräumiges, super ausgestattetes Apartment mit wunderbarem Blick auf Park, Strand und Meer! Sehr positiv fand ich, dass auch eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kaffee, Öl, Essig und Gewürzen vorhanden war. Der Vermieter Jesus ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gegenüber vom Schlafzimmer in einer engen Straße ist ein Musikclub, in dem von Freitag bis Sonntag gute Rockkonzerte gegeben werden. Der Club ist bis 4 Uhr morgens geöffnet, sonntags bis 23 Uhr. Wer gern Rockkonzerte hört und dabei auch schlafen kann, ist hier richtig. Alle anderen sollten sich Ohrenstöpsel besorgen!

Excellent location. Great view across to the castle and sea.
A/C very effective.
Good communication prior to, and upon arrival.
Both double mattresses are very uncomfortable and need replacing.
The sofa is very uncomfortable, and again needs replacing.
Only 1 mirror in the entire 3 bed apartment (which is in the bathroom).
No toilet roll on arrival.
No toilet roll holder, just a plastered over, undecorated area within the tiles where it used to be.
The bathroom door can't be closed completely. It requires turning the lock to fix the door closed in place, but the lock doesn't work.
Shabby/rusting fridge freezer which needs updating, and shabby architrave/skirting in places.
The electric kettle leaked.
The apartment must be let to smokers, as the pillows smelled of stale smoke.
No bedside tables. I took a dining chair through to the bedroom to use, as there was nowhere to place anything other than on the floor.
Not a single coat hook.
No table mats or coasters.
The exterior door key required many minutes of fiddling to get the door unlocked. We contacted the host Jesús, and a short while later he brought a digital key fob to use instead, which worked perfectly.
When Jesús met us to let us in upon arrival, he himself struggled with the front door. If this is already known to the owners/host, why give us a key that might leave us locked out of the apartment block?
It would be much better to have a sunshade/toldo over the front windows. The sun comes directly into the apartment and unless the blackout/security screen is brought down, it's both blinding and scorching hot. This defeats the point of booking an apartment with a sea view, if for the majority of the afternoon you have to block the window.
The location is fantastic for accessibility to the beaches and the town, but it's on a street with bars (1 is open until 4am).
It's way too noisy to sleep without being disturbed multiple times.
We were woken up various times during the week, even though we were wearing high quality ear plugs.
