The apartment is located in a big residential facility where multiple apartments are available to rent. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped, on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony facing a beautiful garden. There was a dedicated parking spot which we really appreciated. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are way too thick, causing neck pain. There's a nice bakery nearby and the sea is also just a short walk away.
The apartment had a very strong musty smell, despite all windows being open as much as possible. This was quite disturbing and in general the apartment is a bit outdated, unlike in the photos. The check-out instructions are really unrealistic, also because we received several reminders about them and there was a penalty of 50 euros communicated in case of violation. (E.g. leave the kitchen clean with dishwasher started and emptied, collect all the used sheets and towels in a big bag, emptying all 3 trash cans, etc) These are things we'd probably aim to do anyways, but it felt uncomfortable being expected to do these and even be threatened by penalty.
