Charming property where everyone was super helpful. Great location to the beach. Sunday brunch was amazing.
We did have air conditioning issues with one of the rooms and although they tried to fix it, ultimately it was not fixed.
Also the gym is tiny.
Overall it was a great boutique hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Juana was a delight. When our initial room had air conditioning trouble, the staff moved us to a different room and could not have been more helpful — they also gave us wonderful recommendations for shopping and dining nearby. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of the beach and all the local shops and restaurants.
