Very bad

House is great.

This is the first negative review I have ever written after traveling to more than ten countries around the world. I am extremely upset and disappointed by this experience. I do not recommend this accommodation/agency at all. First of all, the communication was very poor. During check-in and check-out, we sent messages to the front desk/customer service several times, but they often read the messages and did not reply. When problems occurred, they did not handle them in time and only tried to shift responsibility afterwards. Secondly, the deposit deduction policy was extremely unclear. During check-in, the staff only told us that the deposit would be deducted if we damaged the furniture. They did not clearly explain that failing to remove trash or wash dishes would result in a €100 cleaning fee. This charge was also not clearly shown on the booking platform. After we checked out, they deducted €100 from our deposit for “not cleaning the apartment” and then showed us the contract terms afterwards. This felt very unreasonable. As foreign tourists, we believe that if such a high extra fee exists, it should be clearly stated before booking or at check-in, instead of being explained afterwards as “common sense.” Thirdly, this is not a traditional hotel, but more like an agency. Guests need to go to another location to pick up and return the keys, which is not close to the apartment. This is very inconvenient for tourists, especially those carrying luggage or catching a flight. Fourthly, the check-in arrangement was not convenient either. The apartment was only available from 4:00 PM, and the room preparation was very slow. Luggage storage was only free for two hours, which was not very helpful for travelers. Finally, regarding the €100 cleaning fee, I find both the amount and the way it was communicated unreasonable. We checked out very early in the morning and had already gathered the trash together.

Great location!

The flat is spacious and located in a perfect spot! Great balcony to spend evenings, overall, the flat has everything you need during your stay.

Everything’s okay but I can’t understand when there are 2 coffee capsules for 4 people. I find it a little bit strange. Also it’s difficult to return the keys when you check out too late or too early. It would be better to simplify this procedure.
