This extraordinarily located studio (I faced the back of El Negresco from my window) is everything you need for a weekend in Nice! Cozy, clean, modern, good bed, big wardrobe and a small kitchenette to prepare for example breakfast or small meals. And one minute walk to Promenade Anglais and the sea! Fantastic! I would love to come back to this hotel!❤️

The location was great and the room was very nice. The information provided by the host to pick up the key was accurate.
Subsequent communication with the host via text messaging was nil, but they did answer the calls. The air conditioning did not work the first night. Two electrical outlets need repair. The reception said it would open at 9:30am in the morning, but out of the 3 mornings we were there, no one was at reception at 9:30am.

Cute little studio, friendly staff, safe, comfortable & clean, lots of light.
The days I stayed (in May), the A/C was not working.

Location is one street away from the sea. Supermarket and metro were super close by. The room was tidy and felt secure. Lots of natural light in the room.
There was an unpleasant odor coming from the shower/bathroom area (Room 6). I'm quite certain there's a leak in the shower and the underlying floor is compromised.
The gentleman at reception was apologetic, and brought the cleaning lady to clean. However, the smell returned within an hour...
It was my partner's first night in Nice, and it was upsetting to have her stay there. We switched hotels and received a better value in Garibaldi.
