Welcome to your high-quality, renovated vacation rental in the heart of Heringsdorf on Usedom! This stylish, approximately 50 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people plus 1 toddler and boasts a central yet quiet location near the beach, the boardwalk, and the pier. Ideal for couples, families, and those vacationing on the Baltic Sea or cycling.

The vacation rental was extensively renovated in 2024 and 2025 and tastefully furnished. High-quality furniture, a maritime decor style, and modern technology ensure a comfortable stay. The bedrooms face the quiet Klenzestraße side, allowing for restful nights despite the central location.

The cozy living area invites you to relax, while the modern kitchen, equipped with numerous appliances, is perfectly suited for self-catering guests. In addition to a Nespresso coffee machine, a drip coffee maker is also available. Wi-Fi and modern entertainment technology, including a total of two TVs, further ensure a pleasant stay.

Another highlight is the terrace, accessible via the outdoor staircase.

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the famous Heringsdorf pier, the beach, and the promenade in just a few minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, a pharmacy, and other shopping options are also located in the immediate vicinity.

Directly across the street is the wellness area of the “Pommerscher Hof” hotel, which can be used for a fee.

A separate bicycle storage room and a free underground parking space for vehicles up to 1.90 m in height are available for our guests. Larger vehicles can be parked in the public parking garage approximately 400 m away. We also provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge.

Laundry packages are included as part of the stay. A security deposit is due with the final payment and will be fully refunded upon proper return of the items.

A modern, maritime-style 3-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 50 sqm) on the mezzanine level of the apartment building (with elevator), as well as a terrace accessible via 4 small steps on a metal staircase. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 adults (plus, if necessary, one toddler up to 3 years old).

The living room is furnished with a couch, armchair, and coffee table. Satellite TV, a radio with a CD player, and a DVD player provide entertainment. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
The kitchen counter is a great place to have breakfast. That’s the perfect way to start the day!
The living room, hallway, and bathroom have tile floors, and the bedrooms have laminate flooring. The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed. The second bedroom has a pull-out single bed
(max. 2 people) as well as an additional TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet.

For last-minute bookings (arrival within 7 days of booking), we ask that you transfer the rental price as stated in the booking confirmation and send us the transfer receipt.

Various shops, cafés, and restaurants along the beach promenade and in the town center—just a few minutes’ walk away—invite you to stroll and linger. Bakeries, a pharmacy, and grocery stores are also located in the immediate vicinity.

You also have the option of using the wellness area (with a swimming pool, sauna, and much more) at the “Pommerscher Hof” hotel across the street for a fee (approx. 8 euros per hour).

A free underground parking space (2.35 x 5.00 m, maximum height 1.90) is available to you. Please note: The underground garage has a narrow aisle. For larger cars, SUVs, or vans, you can use the Heringsdorf parking garage 24/7 for a fee. It is located just 400 m away, directly on the L266.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
