•Great location with a beautiful view.
•A private, boutique-hotel feel.
•Flexible check-in and check-out times.
•Drinks and snacks available on the top floor at any time.
•Bed quality was good.
•It’s on a main street, so traffic noise is quite loud.
•The facilities are more like a 4-star hotel than a 5-star one.
•The towels are old, and the slippers are poor quality.
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
The staff made this place a great experience, nothing more. It's a hotel that is pretty much still under renovation. Our extra bed that was brought for my kid was very dirty. Luckily the staff member which is worth her weight in gold (Ms. Azza) immediately replaced it with a cleaner version. She made our stay very pleasant.
The breakfast staff was very attentive and kind.
The lounge on the 11th floor was also a nice touch for quick bites and a coffee break.
Unfortunately, the cleaning staff sprays the room with a very intense fragrance spray which never seems to dissapate, even after hours of open windows. The hallway has an industrial sized machine that pumps out a very strong fragrance too. If you're sensitive like me, it might bother you. The noise level of the rooms facing the main road is pretty intense but after long days of exploring and a good pair of earplugs, all was ok.
