Location was handy for town.
Room , bed, shower and toilet very suitable. Cost reasonable. As a very short 80 year old woman, I coped with the door locks for both main and bedroom
As with most holiday accommodation, the owners don’t think about the requirements of a smaller person. The kitchen could do with a couple of of saucepans.

Easy walk into town
Parking near the property was awkward with permit only for residents.

Didn’t get a breakfast and no tea making facilities, but I chose the cheapest in the area and accepted no breakfast. The shower was a bit weak, but they are in 90% of uk B&B’s.

Room was ok
1. Very loud toilet flushing! After complaining they just replied its normal noise. The noise level was incredibly loud, also with vibration feeling through the floor! 2. Too low hot water pressure 3. Zero noise insulation in the house. There are 5 rooms and you can hear people walking the corridor, in the kitchen, closing the doors, etc. did not enjoy getting up at 6-7 am because others did so
