About this villa rental
L'Incanto del Tezio is an oasis of tranquility, a villa centrally located in Umbria at the foot of Monte Tezio, a nature park a few kilometers north of Perugia. The property is surrounded by olive trees and an oak forest. It is located on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. Relax and enjoy the beautiful, lush natural surroundings of Umbria, or plan a cultural excursion to one of the many villages and towns in Umbria or nearby Tuscany. Corciano, Perugia, Assisi, and many other towns and villages—such as Todi, Montefalco, Spello, and Spoleto—are all within easy reach. Cortona, Arezzo, and Siena in Tuscany are also less than an hour’s drive away, with Florence just 1.5 hours away. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf (Antognolla Golf is 15 minutes away), horseback riding, mountain biking, cycling, or one of the many hiking trails in the region. If you’re willing to drive a bit farther, you can also go rafting 1.5 hours from the house. Lake Trasimeno, with its many water sports options, is nearby—just twenty minutes away.
For those who love fine dining, there are plenty of options to suit various budgets.
A supermarket and pharmacy are just 5 minutes away. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. In addition to the private pool, there are several terraces, some covered and some open-air. You can also enjoy Italian cuisine with the traditional barbecue and outdoor kitchen. We do not recommend this house for small children because there are uneven surfaces in the unfenced forest.
