8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
The fridge was not working when I arrived which meant I was unable to buy anything from the shops to make breakfast in the mornings.

Loved the location! Very close to the Tube station. Fantastic garden. A very clean and well equipped room. The host was so nice, kind and accommodating and super responsive.

Everything was absolutely wonderful and perfect! I felt right at home, especially thanks to Jose, the owner, who is such a lovely and wonderful person. He made the whole experience even more special. The location is excellent, in a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood, and the room was beautiful, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly taken care of. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I visit London. Highly recommended!
10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
Very cozy room, private outside area, very quiet with no noise, very central to Vauxhall station and the Thames. Lovely clean bathroom and amenities, Jose made me feel more than welcome using the kitchen
Friends did have to walk me 2 minutes from the station at night time to feel safe, wouldn’t do it solo at night
