For the locations and price it is an excellent option for students. The rooms are clean and what they advertise. The kitchens and bathrooms are shared spaces therefore cleanliness can not be guaranteed. It has all the listed amenities. If you plan on staying during summer heat, bring a fan. Otherwise, for our 10 night stay, we were pleased. The host is very attentive and I felt safe while staying there.

Pros-The property is in a great location walking distance to tourist attractions, super market, restaurants, etc. Has working laundry room. Good size bedrooms. Cons- you must bring your own toiletries. The showers did not work correctly. Either you get all cold freezing water or all hot in others. We did not find one shower that work appropriately. We booked a two bedroom and we're given a one bed. The bed was tiny for two people. No a/c.

This Westminster location is super -- it is close to all the major tourist sights in London, ranging from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc.There is a street two blocks away where wonderful food is served at competitive pricing.The host is responsive and did her best to provide the amenities needed for our stay.The facilities are bare-bones but sufficient, as we spent the bulk of our time enjoying the wonderful sights of the city. I do hope for a better mattress, as I could feel the springs, and they did create some trouble sleeping.This is a student hostel, and we came prepared for the accommodation.
