We had a pleasant stay. We were surprised with the incredible view over the town center from the terrace on the third floor. We also loved the amount of plants and the lovely drawings on the walls throughout the building.
We stayed two separate nights in two different rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very colourful.
We could leave our big bags here while we visited Machu Picchu and the staff was very friendly and spoke great English.
There was not a lot of warm water in the shower, but the water pressure was great.

I liked the location, cute homey cozy peruvian vibe. The staff were friendly and referred us to a great people to do Llama and Alpaca walking tour. They also prepared to go breakfast snacks since we had to depart/check out at 6am.

I didn't like that there was no hot water and heater. During reservation we thought the facility had both.
