Hotel is simple and very nice. Cozy and great customer service. Close to every where. 8 mnts walking down to the train station. Overall is excellent.there is a fantastic restaurant right next door also easy walk to the restaurants and the ruins.

I loved my stay st El Chasqui. I was a little concerned about the potential noise at night when I arrived at the location, but found it to be quiet and peaceful. The bed, linens and pillows were good quality and very comfortable. I slept really well. The location was excellent, a short walk to train station, ruins, and market. The customer service was excellent. They were attentive and available. They arranged for a driver to meet me in Cusco at the airport at my request. This was so helpful and appreciated after a long day of travel. I will stay here again.
