Rymlig lägenhet perfekt för två vuxna i ett läge som är fantastiskt vid Gamla stan,marknaden,centrum och inte långt från havet. Gianni var en mycket trevlig och lyhörd värd som snabbt responderade på alla typer av frågor.Rekommenderas!

La posizione della casa è perfetta!
Il proprietario Gianni una persona simpatica, cordiale è accogliente.
(Ci ha offerto un passaggio fino all'alloggio di sua spontanea volontà un gesto carinissimo)
Non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla.
Ci siamo proprio divertiti essendo stata una vacanza!🫶🏻
Speriamo di ritornarci un giorno!

100%ig gar nichts. War in Summe aber ok. Hatte alles seine Vor- und Nachteile.
Es hatte alles seine Vor- und Nachteile Lage top in Altstadt, dafür Wochen-Markt gleich visvavis, wo jeder Dienstag und Samstag gesperrt ist (muss man mit Auto wegfahren) und am Vorabend nein Eig. Zw. 0.00 und 2.00 Uhr kommen Kehr- und Reinigungsmaschinen. Da schläfst du garantiert nicht ;-)
Hausfassade ein Horror. Hab mich am
Anfang fast gefürchtet. Das hässlichste Haus in der Umgebung.
Einrichtung alt aber ok.
Waschmaschine nicht wirklich funktionstüchtig.
Bett sehr angenehm zu schlafen.
Wohnzimmer nett
Bad leider nur Badewanne, Duschen schwierig
Balkon sehr gut, weil schattenseitig
Fenster und Balkontüre schützen nicht wirklich vor Lärm.
Klimaanlage funktioniert super. (Allerdings hat uns der Hausherr gesagt, dass es nur bei geschlossenen Fenster und Balkontür funktioniert , anderseits sie sonst kaputt geht und er kommen muss zum neu einstellen). Nur schalt ich nicht jedesmal die Kilmaanlage aus, wenn ich auf den Balkon gehe. Hat auch so funktioniert. (Entweder er hat uns angelogen oder - das hoffe ich - wir haben uns missverstanden, weil wir alles italienisch besprochen habe)
