Panoramic views, very quiet and bright. Comfortable and functional, completely renovated. Ideal for a couple or a family with young children.
Equipped with every amenity and independent heating. Fourth-floor apartment with elevator: entryway, kitchenette, bathroom, living/dining room, small terrace.
New and tastefully furnished, sleeps 2+1 with a comfortable sofa bed for two people (1.60 x 2 meters) and the option of a single bed. A crib with safety rails is available for small children.
Kitchenette equipped with all necessary appliances, including a stovetop and a refrigerator with freezer. Bathroom with a spacious shower and a washing machine.
Small terrace with a veranda and a priceless view of the sea and the Gulf of Sanremo.
The house is located right on the seafront, in the Capo Nero area, which is quiet and away from the chaotic city center.
Free parking is readily available in the immediate vicinity. There are two entrances for loading and unloading luggage.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber aber auch sehr klein. Für zwei Personen o.k. aber mehr unmöglich. Da der Balkon in Richtung Straße zeigt, ist es laut. Bademöglichkeit direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite sehr gut aber zahlungspflichtig. Gesamt würde ich die Schulnote 3 vergeben.
