On-site rules: • Please store bicycles in the designated areas and winter sports equipment in the ski storage room in the parking lot area. Please DO NOT wear ski boots inside the vacation rental. • Be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. and between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking and hosting parties or events are prohibited. • Before checking out, please tidy up, wash the dishes, take out the trash (including bottles and packaging), and empty the refrigerator; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on the amount of work required. • No liability is assumed for errors or omissions. • We cannot be held liable for disruptions such as power or water outages, internet issues, technical malfunctions, etc. A security deposit of €300.00 is due with the final payment 14 days before arrival. This will be refunded after the chalet has been inspected.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
