Beautiful, detached chalet on 3 levels: on the first floor, an entryway, living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, dining room with a terrace, kitchen, and a half-bath with a washing machine. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with a balcony and TV) and a bathroom with a shower. On the top floor (maisonette), there is a bathroom with a shower and a large bedroom with a double sofa bed, TV, and balcony.
The chalet is located 50 m from the Terme Sankt Kathrein and the ski bus stop, 350 m from the Maibrunn ski slope, which is accessible by a short walk through the spa gardens. A pizzeria, bar, pastry shop, and bakery are in the immediate vicinity. There is a small fenced-in garden and a private parking space, as well as a storage room for sports equipment such as skis, snowboards, and bicycles. Unlimited internet, 3 TVs with satellite channels.
On-site fees: Quiet hours 22.00-07.00. Please separate trash properly and dispose of it in the bins. No food / dirty dishes in the house. No parties allowed
