Accueil Parfait.

The hotel was spotless , the room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
Lots of hidden extra costs - like £10 extra for a taxi fare , and a service charge added to the final bill when we had already included tips on everything ! Yes I could have declined it but it felt embarrassing to do so when asked directly . I chose to stay there as it was close to an event we were attending - but I wont be rushing back any time soon as I left feeling a bit ripped off !

Lots of additional charges on the room that were not included in the Booking.com price - when challenged they were removed as it turns out they were optional service charges. It took 5 attempts to get the check out of our 3 rooms correct - service charges aside, mini bar costs were added (not only were they wrong - they hadn’t been in the room to clean so how they had concluded that, even if they were correct, is a mystery!) and then when we thought we finally had it sorted (after we left the hotel) another minibar charge to a room that didn’t have one in the first place appeared. It took a huge amount of time to sort out and completely took the edge off what was a lovely stay. Would not stay again.
