Nice location, not far from the La Spezia train station. It was clear, cozy, fresh furniture and bathroom.
Keep in mind that trains run nearby, but that didn’t bother us at all. We slept like logs on the good bed.
The rooms has air conditioning as well as heating. So, I guess it's okey to visit in the low season.

The room was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. If we had issues or questions the owner replied straight away which was great! there were pamphlets, maps a lovely lollies in the hallway for us and the other guests which was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned every day with bottles of water replaced in the fridge.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but to let other travellers know you can hear all the trains as it near the train track and the walls are not sound proof as we could hear the other guest. The positives are it’s only a short walk from the train station, close to all the beautiful restaurants and who cares you can hear noises we are on holidays and I would rather a clean room to come back to at the end of the day.
