We had a very pleasant stay at this location and would definitely recommend it. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Every day the towels were changed and the room was cleaned, which made a big difference for our comfort.
A very nice touch was the daily sweet treat left for us, a small gesture that we really appreciated.
The location is excellent: very close to the train station and within walking distance of restaurants, the city center, and everything you might need. Everything is easily accessible.
Overall, a great experience: clean, well located and with service that exceeded expectations.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting La Spezia or planning a trip to Cinque Terre! The location is excellent, only about a 2-minute walk from the train station and also within easy walking distance of the downtown area. It was incredibly convenient for taking the train to explore Cinque Terre.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in early and gave us great information about the area, including local attractions and things to see.
The room was exceptionally clean! Honestly, probably the cleanest room I’ve stayed in during my travels in Italy. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and the amenities provided were exactly what we needed for our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Great location, outstanding cleanliness, and a fantastic host. Highly recommended!

Everything! The boutique property was truly wonderful with just a handful of rooms in an old building in an excellent location.
My room was quiet and utterly beautiful and super clean. You could see that a lot of love went into this property. Staff were super, so friendly and positive. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh and tasty croissant. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!
