Location was the only good thing about this property

The property does not meet basic cleanliness standards. All of the below were issues I have documented- Floors: Covered in bits of food and general mess upon arrival. Furniture & Bedding: The bedsheets and sofas are heavily stained, dusty and crumby, and there was stray hair found underneath the duvet as well as some white lotion/liquid stuck to the duvet and bedsheet. Dust & Bathroom: Dust build-up around the skirting boards, stray hair stuck to the shower walls, and multiple holes in the bathroom walls. I have taken comprehensive, time-stamped photographic and video evidence of all these issues. We disregarded some of this on the first night as we didn’t need to use duvet however on second night when noticing that the bedsheets and duvet was also disgusting unclean we messaged host who replied the following day almost 24 hours later and atleast 8-9 hours after checkout stating we should have raised our concerns on Friday so housekeeping could have come (bearing in mind we checked in on Saturday after 4pm and messages regarding a pin to use YouTube which also was not resolved after replying over 12 hours later - the following morning) not once acknowledging their error let alone taking ownership for the fact that the property was not at a fit enough state for guests which should not have had to be brought up to their attention. They refused a partial refund for the first night which is unfair and extremely unfortunate for us. Will Not be returning and would advise others to stay away unless they like bits of food under their toes and dust up their nostrils and stained bed sheets.

Fraudulent transaction- deducted £50 from the £100 that I was asked to pay before my stay without explanation. Poor communication

There was a little misunderstanding about timing (after paying extra to extend my stay) of check out but the staff were very rude & unprofessional about it. My kids & I had a terrible experience

Would defiantly stay again, street itself and surrounding areas are ran down however that is no reflection on this property, property was very secure and comfortable. Very ideal for our 2 night stay with the kids, great location for south side pier, beach and pleasure beach/nickelodeon land.m, McDonald’s and Iceland. Location was good and quiet considering that it was very central

The cooker/oven isn’t wired in so couldn’t be used, it wasn’t a problem for us but it would have been if we stayed longer than one night There was a dirty toilet on our arrival, it just needed flushing away but not a pretty sight to welcome guests The rest of the apartment was clean
