Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Unterkunft sehr sauber, Shawn ist ein toller Gastgeber mit dem man sich gut unterhalten kann und es laufen viele süße Tiere herum, um die er sich kümmert.

Shawn, der Besitzer ist einfach ein perfekter Gastgeber, der einen auch mit einem Cocktail verwöhnt und Sightseeing vermittelt. Zimmer wunderbar und extrem sauber. Als etwas unsichere Frau hat er mich auch zum Busbahnhof mit dem Tuk-Tuk begleitet und die Fahrt vermittelt, was wirklich sehr aussergewöhnlich war.
Eher ein persönliches Thema: zum Frühstück hätte ich etwas leichteres zu verdauen gebraucht z. B. Obst, Roti Brot anstelle eine reichliche Platte angebratenes und der vermittelte Tuk-Tuk Fahrer brachte mich zu Sightseeings, die mir buchstäblich das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen haben, völlig überteuerte Anlaufstellen (Kadugannawa Tea Factory, Susantha Spice & Herbal Garden, Massage (naja), Elefanten reiten angeboten, Lokal Market wo ich über 100 € für Stoffe ausgeben sollte...). Wenn es Shawn schafft, für 3 verschiedene Arten von Gästen ein Paket für Ausflugsorganisationen mit mehr Infos zu schnüren, dann ist er eine 10 wert. Ich würde Kandy als Zwischenstop für eine Nacht nur wegen ihm persönlich auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

The host at Kingston Court, Shawn, is excellent. He makes fantastic cocktails and delicious bites, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The property is located in a peaceful area away from the busy city of Kandy, making it a perfect place to relax.
Shawn also went out of his way to help arrange charging for my electric car, which was greatly appreciated. His hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was okay. The omelette ordered was home made but we felt that the rest of the food was from outside
Overall i didn’t like the property. I did not feel safe at all especially with no keys to our room. Therefore we were stuck in the room
