What we enjoyed
Overall, we had a positive stay. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at night, the spacious living/dining area, good Wi-Fi, and comfortable sofa and beds. Our teenage children enjoyed listening to music via Alexa and being able to mirror their phone screens to the TV. Private parking was a definite bonus, although, in my opinion, the space is suitable only for experienced drivers and small to medium-sized cars. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, the electrically operated window shutters were a great feature, and the large washing machine with a tumble-dryer option was very useful.
There's room for improvement. Points 1 and 2 would be easy and inexpensive to remedy.
1. Our main everyday annoyance was the lack of tea mugs. There were only two, one of which was chipped. For a family of four, we either had to take turns or, as my daughter ended up doing, resort to drinking tea from a bowl. The only other options were juice glasses or tiny espresso cups.
2. The silicone sealant in the shower needs replacing! It would be nice to have a soap on the washbasin.
3. The dishwasher should be in the kitchen area rather than the hallway. We ended up washing the dishes by hand because it was easier than using the dishwasher.
4. This didn't bother us much, but I suspect other guests' complaints about the seperate from the bathroom small toilet stem from the limited space between the toilet bowl and the door. When the door is closed, a taller person may find their head and knees uncomfortably close to it.
5. Again, this wasn't a major issue for us, but access to the shower room is through the bedroom, and there is no separate door to the shower room itself. This means that if you need privacy, the bedroom door has to be closed, preventing anyone else from using the bedroom at the same time.

Appartement comportant une grande pièce (salon/salle à manger/cuisine), avec un canapé-lit et une chambre avec un lit double. Appartement lumineux. Belle décoration. Literie confortable. Parking en sous-sol. Facile d'accès (boîte à clés sur la porte).
Le parking nécessite de faire quelques manoeuvres. La cage d'escalier est un peu vétuste. Les toilettes de l'appartement sont minuscules. L'accès à la salle de bains se fait par la chambre, donc ce n'est pas très pratique pour ceux qui dorment dans le canapé-lit du salon.
