Smooth friendly check in and helpful staff. Good comfortable stay. Good sized clean facilities as described. Kitchen equipped with two electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, coffee maker and kettle. Cooking utensils, pots/pans, crockery, cutlery, tea towel, sponge, washing liquid. Tables and chairs. Working TV. Large comfortable bed and pillows. Double pull out sofa bed with linen and pillows - comfortable. Very good location and easily accessible to city on tram B, stop opposite hotel. Halles de Talence across the road. Cafes, eateries, pharmacy and local supermarket close by. Would stay here again.

Everything was OK. Very disponible on guard person. I forgot my room card a 11PM and the person came rapidly and with a smile to open the room. Thanks.

10 / 10

Great stay.

8 / 10

The person who checked us in was very friendly and let us check into our room early. The only downside is the very restricted check-in hours, from 2 pm to 7 pm. The tram that takes you directly to the center of Bordeaux is right across the street. The room was fine.

It was a lovely, roomy place to stay. Although there isn’t much to do or see in the immediate area, it is quiet, and the center of town is just a tram ride away.
