BALTIC SEA. STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ 2B
In our opinion, STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ 2B is one of the most beautiful vacation home complexes in the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz and was newly completed in July 2024!
The well-thought-out interior design is tailored for the perfect getaway with your closest friends or an active family vacation for up to 6 people.
A fully enclosed fence around the entire property will delight all dog owners. The fence is at least 150 cm to 180 cm high.
STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ is just under 200 meters on foot from the Dünenpark Promenade and the beach.
Adjacent to the covered parking space is a lockable storage area for bicycles, handcarts, and beach toys.
For fun and relaxation, there’s a foosball table and an in-house sauna.
TVs in the living room and both master bedrooms are standard features here, as are Wi-Fi internet access and insect screens on the windows in the bathrooms and bedrooms.
On the lower level, there is a bathroom with a shower, Bedroom No. 1 (bed 180x200 cm), and the living/dining area with an open kitchen, which is fully equipped—right down to the hand blender—with everything you need in a vacation kitchen to create culinary delights. The large terrace can be shaded with an XL-sized awning. Perfect for playing foosball, barbecuing, or reading a good book on a lounge chair.
A flight of stairs leads up to the in-house sauna room. Next door, you’ll find the second master bedroom (bed: 180x200 cm) and bedroom No. 3 (bed: 140x200 cm), as well as the bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
Thanks to the air conditioning, you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep in comfortably tempered rooms even on hot summer nights, so you can wake up fresh and ready to explore the Baltic Sea coast the next morning. Who’s going to get the bread rolls? Welcome to the QUARTIERFREUND family!

We were completely satisfied! The house was absolutely beautiful and looked brand-new. It was clean and had everything we needed for a few days on vacation. We arrived in Grömitz at noon and called the property management to ask if it might be possible to park there already—that wasn’t a problem either. Even better, they even let us into the house right away. We’ve rarely stayed in such a beautiful vacation home on the Baltic Sea and would love to come back!
