About this house rental
We offer you our family home, ideal for family holidays, quiet, close to nature, close to the Camargue and its ponds and vast expanses for hiking or cycling 10kms from the countryside golf course of Nîmes, 17kms from the city of Nîmes, which has been elected World Heritage by Unesco, because of the richness of its monuments, in particular the famous Maison Carrée and the Arenas, 32 kms from the beaches of Le Grau du Roi, l'Espiguette (beaches in protected area) and La Grande Motte and its pyramids, 30kms from Arles, 48 kms from Montpellier and 60kms from the foot of the Cévennes.
Our 140m2 house consists of:
° a terrace to the north overlooking the swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, summer garden, dining table, plancha and bar
° a terrace to the south overlooking the lawn with ping pong table, summer lounge and table and bar.
On the first floor:
° a large living room of 60m2 with table for 8 people, 2 sofas including 1 convertible bed (double bed), TV area, fireplace
° a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge, bar table
° a bedroom with sofa bed with shower and sink
° a pantry with washing machine and dryer
° toilet.
Upstairs:
° a master suite of 40m2 with bath, shower, balcony and small terrace
° a bedroom with double bed of 10m2 (teenager boy decoration)
° a bedroom of 9m2 (teen decoration girl )
° wc.
WIFI available.
