To respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties are not allowed (though that obviously doesn’t stop you from humming a tune or doing a few dance steps by the pool).
Notes: The house is supplied by a well (drawn from the Perrier spring, no less!): You can safely use tap water for cooking and food preparation, but we still recommend purchasing bottled spring water.
A second residence, occupied by the property’s caretakers—which is completely separate and has no direct line of sight to the main house—is located on the property and shares the parking area.
