Everything was amazing! The room and facilities were great, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the front desk team, who made check-in smooth and provided all the information we needed. A huge thanks to Bruna for her outstanding assistance! Communication with the property was also very easy, quick, and efficient. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything and most places within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place!

It's a really spacious place which feels modern and is designed nicely. Everything is so clean and tidy. The access to the apps on the TV is good and great to have your own cooking area (not that we used it). Location is great! Breakfast is good value if you add it.
Shame that when I asked if we could have some oat milk to go with the tea/coffee area in the room they said no, when the cafe downstairs does oat coffees. Also same with black tea, they also said no. Small things like that are important to make people feel comfortable.
Also, not the fault of the property, but if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend staying. I was woken at 3am by the person upstairs stamping around on the floor and they were doing this for a whole hour. Also being near the road it can be really loud with traffic / tram.

Excellent location. It is on a noisy street for traffic but we knew staying in a city centre is always going to have that. Easy to get anywhere from here and restaurants and cafes surround it. It's so close to the river for a stroll as well. The style and interiors is really lovely. Staff on reception are really friendly
Sadly for our last 2 nights we had some noisy guests above us which we could hear stomping around very heavy footedly well into the night. It's hard to know if we were unlucky with some noisy night owls or if the sound proofing isn't that great. We felt lucky we didn't have it for the first few nights but if that was for our whole stay, we would've needed to raise it to reception
