We had a really enjoyable stay. Lovely house. Clean and comfortable, Convenient to the city centre, and close to shops. Communication with the host was excellent, and they were accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in Cardiff.

Everything was good. No issues. Having a nice place to stay makes the whole trip more enjoyable and a memorable one.

Nice flat, good size kitchen diner

2nd bedroom was small. Struggle to walk round the bed or open wardrobe fully.

Reliable Wifi & fairly central location.

Property is not really suited for 4 Adults more so 2 Adults & 2 kids. Fairly full on check in process with "boarding pass" which is not released until official check in time. At check in found property was freezing cold with no heating on at all plus hot water was switched off, instructions to put the heating on are lacking & its basically work it out yourself plus we finally found the switch to put the hot water on, I messaged the hosts immediately but unfortunately didn't get a response back until the next morning. Facilities are basic but passable & rooms are small & don't allow you to have your suitcases open constantly during your stay. In the end it served a purpose however wouldn't book again.
