The location was ok.

I am writing to formally complain about our recent stay at your property, which was booked through Booking.com from 16-18th August. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not the same standard portrayed in the photographs and description on Booking.com. The property was extremely dirty and the overall condition was completely unacceptable. The furniture was visibly stained and dirty, and the general cleanliness of the property was far below any reasonable standard of accommodation. Most seriously, we found a mouse inside the property. This was particularly distressing given that I was staying with family, including children and an infant. We should never have been placed in a position where our family, particularly the children, were staying in such unhygienic conditions. There was also a serious issue with the freezer being broken. I am currently recovering from surgery and needed to keep my medication refrigerated/frozen during my stay. Because the freezer was not functioning, I was unable to store my medication as required, which contributed to me being in considerable pain during the time we were at the property. This made an already unacceptable stay significantly worse. What makes the situation even more disappointing is the fact that I attempted to contact you on more than one occasion during our stay to raise these issues and seek assistance. Your telephone numbers were going to voicemail, and I also contacted you through the Booking.com messaging system. I specifically asked for a WhatsApp contact number or for someone to get in touch with me directly, but my requests were ignored. Despite being unavailable when I was trying to raise genuine and urgent concerns about the condition of the property, you were nevertheless able to send messages regarding the late checkout fee and your payment/account details. I found this extremely disappointing and indicative of the poor level of service we received throughout our stay.

Not Great

We arrived at 6:15pm , only to find that our unit had not been cleaned or the linen changed yet. We then had to wait for the cleaners to arrive and sort out our unit. On the Saturday morning, we had warm showers, on the Sunday morning, we all had cold showers. Parking is also problem,, as the car park that is right by the apartment, you are not allowed to park there for the whole day, there was no on street parking anywhere close by. We had to drive to a 24-hour car park, which is a 15-minute walk away.
