Хорошая локация, очень комфортный дом, есть все удобства и все необходимое для кухни.
Долго думал, бронировать тут или нет. Были сомнения из-за плохого отзыва. Но всё таки решили остановиться тут. И дом на самом деле превзошел наши ожидания. Легко добрались до локации по Яндексу, чистый и просторный дом.

Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal; sehr moderne und absolut saubere Zimmer; das Frühstück von Hermine inkl. selbstgemachter Warenje (eingekochte Früchte) war exzellent. Man isst im Garten an einer von drei hübschen Sitzgruppen.
Unser Zimmer lag im Keller; aus dem einzigen Fenster blickten wir auf eine Betonwand. Zimmer mit besserer Sicht gab es nur gegen deutlichen Aufpreis. Der armenische Name "Tesaran" (Aussicht, Panorama) ist übertrieben - das Panorama geht so.

We stayed at the guesthouse with my family and friends’ family, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional, which made our experience even better.
From the very beginning everything was handled smoothly and professionally, the communication was clear, the service was exactly as promised, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I felt well taken care of the entire time and didn’t encounter a single issue. I truly can’t point to anything negative, and I would be happy to book again in the future.

Dom położony jest dość wysoko, przez co ma piękny widok na góry. Apartament świetnie wyposażony. Urządzony z gustem, jest bardzo przytulnie i przede wszystkim bardzo czysto. Właściciele bardzo mili.
