Spacey, good comedy mattresses, good quality bedding.
No kitchen or kitchenette, which for a large 2 bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms was a little strange.

Located in Vanadzor in a quiet street about 10 minutes walk downtown, and a further 5 minutes to the train/bus station. Very helpful and friendly chap at the front desk. We had an enormous 'cottage' room with a separate downstairs lounge area which was quiet and comfortable.
A small table in the room would have been helpful.
