Please note that renovation work on a historic villa will begin across from the Strandterrasse on Kurstraße, starting at the “ 10.08.2026.” Until the end of the year, work will primarily involve clearing debris, roof repairs, and facade work. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disruptions due to noise or construction site traffic during the renovation work.
