The house by the spa park is located in a quiet area on Kaiserstrasse in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the promenade, the historic pier, the town center with its restaurants, cafes, and shopping, as well as the OstseeTherme Usedom, are all in the immediate vicinity.
The building features a communal sauna with a sea view, a relaxation room, and a rooftop terrace. In the basement, you’ll find coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
A free parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a bike rack here for storing your bikes.

The cozy Mellenthin vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Haus am Kurpark (please note that there is no elevator) and comfortably accommodates 4 people.
A large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and space for a travel crib, and a small bedroom with a single bed (which can be converted into a double bed using a fold-out closet bed, if needed) single bed (which can be converted into a double bed using a fold-out wall bed, if needed), and a bathroom with a shower create a cozy atmosphere.
