The vacation rental near the black-necked goats in Derschen is located in the idyllic Westerwald.
You’ll feel like you’re on vacation the moment you arrive! The simple yet lovingly furnished vacation rental on the lower level, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, offers a peaceful retreat in the countryside.
A special highlight of the vacation rental is the small sauna and the massage shower in the bathroom. You’re welcome to use the garden, complete with patio furniture and a fire pit, by arrangement.
We have a herd of black-necked goats: We’d be happy to help you get to know the animals or plan a hike. We can also host children’s birthday parties.
In addition, you can purchase products we make ourselves: Enjoy a breakfast egg from our chickens and take home a jar of honey from our own apiary.

• Cozy 50 m² basement apartment: The rooms consist of a long hallway, a cozy living room, a kitchen-diner, and a large bedroom with a closet.
• Bedroom: The large, electrically adjustable double bed in a rustic country house style offers plenty of space for restful nights
• Living Area: A comfortable sofa that can be used as a 1.40 m wide sleeper sofa, a cozy reading chair with a lamp, and a small side table create a cozy atmosphere. There is still plenty of space for your personal belongings during your stay.
• Bathroom: The small bathroom features a massage shower, and you can also use our small sauna by arrangement for optimal relaxation during your trip.
• Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space and everything you need to prepare meals (dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, pots).
• For extra coziness on cold days, you can light the small wood-burning stove in the hallway and snuggle up in our fur blankets.
• Private entrance and small sun terrace
Outdoor area: You are welcome to use the garden by arrangement. There is a fire pit and a small garden shed here.
On-site costs: The vacation rental with the black-necked goats can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Price per night: up to 2 adults: 65€; 3 adults: 75€. We look forward to welcoming children and families! Children stay with us at a discounted rate: Infants/preschoolers aged 0 to 5: free Children aged 6 to 10:50% Children and teens aged 11 to 15:75% Included: bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, heating, water, final cleaning. Sauna use upon request: €5 per day. Pets only upon request! Private parties are not permitted in our vacation rental. Please contact us if you would like to have guests stay in our vacation rental.
