Our spacious apartment offers you a quiet retreat in Emmerzhausen
It features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for cooking together and relaxing. With three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two others, each with two single beds—there’s plenty of space for families or friends. The bathroom, flooded with natural light, creates a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. Through the windows with sun-protective glass, you can enjoy a magnificent view of an idyllic deer enclosure and the adjacent forest. The outdoor area, located right on the edge of the forest, features a seating area with a grill, a pool with a sunbathing lawn, as well as a play tower and a swing for our younger guests.
Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest and wonderfully relax both body and soul. In addition, there are numerous opportunities for short or longer hikes and exciting excursions, such as to the climbing park.

You’ll find a cozy home with three inviting bedrooms and a bright, natural-light-filled bathroom designed for your comfort. The built-in kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and has everything you could want: Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave—everything you need for your culinary creations.
A high chair and children’s cutlery are available for our little guests.
The spacious living room, with its comfortable L-shaped sofa, is perfect for relaxing game nights, enjoying music, or cozy TV moments on the flat-screen TV. There’s also a cozy reading nook where you can unwind and relax.
