A beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. I stayed there for 13 nights and it's a shame it wasn't cleaned halfway through. Fresh sheets and towels were available, but you had to change them yourself. A few parts were damaged: the door looked like it had dog scratches, and the kitchen counter was damaged. But these are minor details. I really enjoyed my stay there. There are many shopping opportunities in the neighborhood, two nearby metro stations, and a bus stop right outside the door. The reception and communication with the staff (via WhatsApp) is very smooth. Two real downsides: it isn't blackout, so in the summer all the rooms remain very bright (except for the bathroom where the sink is underlit) and on weekends it can be very noisy at night with cars screeching and racing. But overall, a nice apartment.

The guy that checked me is was very helpful, everything worked well. The traffic noise was significant all night, but not their fault.

Good location close to transit. Small space but had everything we needed. Windows were frosted so could not see outside. Host was responsive but would have preferred a more streamlined check-in process (e.g., access code, lockbox) rather than arranging to meet. Overall a good stay.

Great location. Very east to walk into central London from here. Lots of food places nearby. Stay was very comfortable and the management team were very fast to respond to any questions I had during the stay. Highly recommended.

Host was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was clean and equipped how we expected it to be. It was in a very good location for what we had planned to do, and overall we were pleased with our 8 days there.

The apartments appear to be newly renovated with care and provided a very comfortable place. There is no front desk at the facility. They have installed windows with good soundproofing, but Edgeware Road is very active and might not be the best choice for people who are very light sleepers. Bottom line is that I would stay there again.
