I highly enjoyed the experience. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Staff were responsive and addressed any issues that arose. The entertainment team was awesome! The nightly shows were highly anticipated and very professional! I loved the variety of foods at the buffet and appreciated having Jamaican food choices at every meal.
More vegan option could have been provided, especially at the a la carte restaurants, and more transparency around costs, specifically using the phone to make local calls. This was unexpectedly expensive and it would have been helpful to communicate the rate for using the phone in our room up front.

Location is beautiful! Clean and comfortable! Just didn’t like they closed all the pools by 6pm and open the restaurant by 6:30 by appointment only and it’s really difficult to book anything!

My stay was absolutely wonderful it was great. food was amazing im back home this morning I got my wife and daughter were in the kitchen so I went into the cabinet and got a plate and attempted to walk around like I was at the buffet they told me vacation over.so until next time keep up the great work.
