The cleanliness

It was low key and relaxing; not a lot of loud noise. Easily walkable. I loved the playhouse for my toddler - he had a BLAST! Jamaica night buffet was good. Seven mile beach is magical
Some of the pools had their filters off so even the luxury of a swim out room could not be enjoyed. One of the pools had a dead cockroach floating in it. The food options at buffet were limited at times

The customer service from the staff was excellent. The rooms with the swim up pool bar was so much fun. The location was gorgeous.
The Italian restaurant, I did not like the food there at all.

Friendly and helpful staff
No water supply for most of the time we were there. No information provided, had to keep chasing for updates.
