Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and plenty of laundry detergent, as well as a dishwasher with detergent. Plenty of tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and other essentials were provided, along with a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos!
The apartment was small and lacked some advertised or essential items, including a clothes drying rack, a dish rack, and a tea towel. The central heating was ineffective, and its display light could not be turned off, making it difficult to sleep. The main bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The location was inconvenient, as the nearest metro station was far away and had no accessibility, making it difficult to travel with luggage and children.

It was a quiet location, was pretty much as pictured and had kitchen and laundry facilities.
Supplies were low end or missing: cheap cutlery/knives, no corkscrew, no laundry detergent or soap/body wash and when mentioned to the property manager I was told to buy them myself and they would reimburse)
Floors weren’t clean, bed comfort was just OK, bathroom lighting was poor and the hairdryer plug doesn’t work in the bathroom outlet. All small things, but they add up to a nuisance when you’re on vacation.

The location is ok, close to lots of shops and delivery restaurants, easy to grab a bite and with lots of bus options. Safety seemed ok as well
